Mischa Barton got herself arrested this morning for DUI and was released from jail around 10 a.m.
People Magazine reports that illegal narcotics were found in the car:
The former star of The O.C., 21, was stopped at 2:46 a.m. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of illegal narcotics and driving without a valid license, according to Lieutenant Honings of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s office.
