According to the New York Times, they has just found out the true identity of “Kristen,” the high-priced hooker who was behind the resignation of New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer. So now Ashley Alexandra Dupre has been named as the woman named in the Eliot Spitzer scandal. She was going under the name of “Kirsten” in the reports, however she is 22, she an aspiring R&B singer, the product of “a broken home,” and, of course, gorgeous.
She is described on the Emperor’s Club VIP website as petite - standing 5′5″, brunette, and weighing 105 pounds. She charges $1000 an hour. As reported Eliot Spitzer hit this numerous times. Prostitution being illegal and all, he had to resign when he got busted. Makes sense. (read more here)

Britney Spears was removed from her home by Los Angeles police and rushed to a hospital early on Thursday. She’s currently checked into UCLA for mental evaluation, according to People:
“She went willingly. It was like something in her heart was telling her she should go. She knew something was wrong,” confidant Sam Lutfi tells PEOPLE.
The spectacle this time included police vehicles, ambulances, and even helicopters hovering overhead, all with the usual contingent of paparazzi films and pictures for the public.
Apparently there was no suicide attempt which had been previously been rumored. Britney is back on 5150 hold and this time her parents are looking to it extend it for 14 days.
